A large educational institution with decentralized knowledge and resources was struggling to align on classroom strategies.
We identified, wrangled, and interviewed stakeholders across the institution, interviewed experts, and conducted a secondary literature review to understand the challenges and opportunities. From that research, we developed a problem statement and proposal to help stakeholders align and move forward.
Stakeholders aligned on the importance of developing critical definitions as a foundational step towards strategic classroom management.
