A high-growth, global technology company needed an in-depth understanding of customer behavior related to a critical strategic initiative.
Exploratory research uncovered internal gaps in understanding the definition of the strategic goal along with an emergent, critical issue: misaligned pricing. We provided education on more profitable pricing strategies and used mixed research methodologies to capture new metrics and inform new insights into the customers’ needs as they related to strategic goals.
